”Agility in HR” is a term that gets thrown around a lot (but one that I absolutely believe in). I've been thinking a lot about what 'Agility in HR' actually means and how we can assess where we are on the scale of service levels of our HR Teams.

Agile HR is truly about… agility (groundbreaking content) - but importantly it's about responding to the needs of your people, and quickly. HR is no longer about set and forget processes and running annual performance reviews. It's about:

Translating an Agile Employee Experience into your people strategy

How can you deliver on this? If you’ve been in HR for more than a day you know that this is the real struggle. Ultimately, we know that HR Teams need to be equipped to deliver this model of listen and respond as best they can and to do this, HR needs to modernise.
